Internal regulations for vacationers of Health Resort Sputnik
To order a voucher you must make a request for reservation at the phone numbers or to the e-mail address indicated on the website.
To pay for the reserved vouchers it is necessary to complete the contract and send it by e-mail to: info@sansputnik.by, asbsansput@tut.by or by fax to +375 1797 28888.
When completing the contract you must specify: name, surname, patronymic (in full), the number of purchased vouchers (purchased by prepayment), arrival and departure dates, number of days of stay in the health resort, passport data and e-mail address or fax number to which the invoice will be sent.
Please fill in ALL the fields of the contract, otherwise the document will not be accepted.
Check-in begins at 13.00 on the first day of your stay; check-out begins at 11.00 on the last day of your stay.
